Long term volunteer needed in Paris and Sanary-sur-mer

The YMCA proposes programs targeted towards youth and vulnerable groups aimed at developing autonomy, taking responsibility, and integration. These programs have the added objective of valuing meet ups between individuals and peace implementation among them; because they were made with a vision of equal accessibility. In this mind set, the volunteer must value the development of all forms of exchanges, meet ups, events, trainings, national or international trips, which adhere to the latter vision. The volunteer will participate in putting in place these actions. Among these missions include:

  • Participation in the organization of these programs: logistic, team and recruitment/briefing, programs preparation, partnership identification, budget preparation and follow up, funding/billing, group reception, visits etc.
  • Participation in the upstream information to teams and various information delays; from youth or their parents
  • Participate in training or awareness on youth activities or non-violence themes
