The ESG Leadership Training & Seminar is an international camp designed for scouts – young leaders, who want to learn, connect, and bring new energy back to their local groups.

During a few inspiring days at a traditional Czech riverside camp, participants will explore leadership in practice through many interactive workshops, outdoor challenges, group discussions, and hands-on activities.

The program focuses on developing scouting skills, teamwork, responsibility, and the ability to lead with purpose.

Age Limit: 14 – 99 years
Leaders under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Price:

130 € Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Armenia, Belarus, Lithuania, Ukraine)
190 € Western Europe (Switzerland, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Norway)

The participation fee includes accommodation (in cottages), meals (Wednesday’s dinner – Sunday’s breakfast) and local transport costs (from Prague to the camp site and back).
The travel costs from your country to Prague is not included.

Location: The Masaryk’s YMCA camp.

If you travel by plane, train or car, please try to make sure you are in Prague on August 12, 2026 at 12.00​.
Also try for your return flight to not be earlier than August 16, 2026 at 16.00
(or at 14.00 from Prague, Main Railway Station when travelling by train).
