Pastor Kai Glud Pedersen (Denmark) was first educated as a university bookseller, then employed by the YMCA-YWCA in Denmark as a secretary. He was also district chairman in the YMCA-YWCA and president of the European Alliance of YMCA.
Pastor Glud served in Lemvig–Heldum–Nørlem Churches, Hjordkær Church, and Rønninge–Roldsted Churches before he traveled to Canada in 1991 to become pastor of Danish Church Burnaby.
Pastor Glud retired in 2004 and lived on the Sunshine Coast north of Vancouver till his death in 2007.
