The leads on Movement Strengthening from Area Alliances get together for analysis of Health Assessment and Organisational Development, creating the global report and paying some study visits to the partners organisation dealing with capacity building. The meeting is organised by World YMCA within the SAMS initiative (Strategic Alignment and Movement Strengthening).
The whole SAMS group (Strategic Alignment and Movement Strengthening) gathers for annual strategic review and operational plan 2027 creation. Movement Strengthening is one of the key support functions of the Vision 2030 dealing with capacity building and organisational development.
