We are seeking a dedicated Regional Coordinator to support the capacity building of the existing organisations in the Western Balkans area and the expansion of our movement across the region.
This one-year position will play a key role in implementing YMCA Europe and Strategic Alignment and Movement Strengthening (SAMS) approaches when working alongside existing YMCAs and new initiatives in the area, while ensuring respect for the autonomy and independence of all YMCA organizations.
