YMCA Europe is pleased to present the Annual Report 2025, reflecting a year of coordinated action, strengthened partnerships and growing impact across the continent.
In a context marked by ongoing social and humanitarian challenges, YMCA Europe continued to consolidate its role as a platform for youth development, digital inclusion and community support. Working through its network of national movements and local YMCAs, the organisation delivered structured, community-based programmes across diverse contexts in Europe.
Digital inclusion remained a central priority. The continued expansion of YMCA Digital Hubs contributed to building a European infrastructure that connects access to technology with skills development, employability pathways and community engagement.
At the same time, YMCA Europe sustained its focus on vulnerable groups, including refugees and displaced communities, while further developing its work in education and youth participation. Programmes across the network combined immediate support with long-term capacity building.
This report reflects the collective efforts of our members, partners, volunteers and staff, and the continued strengthening of YMCA Europe as a coordinated, cross-border delivery platform.
