From 18th till 21st August 2011 the NGO YWCA-YMCA Lithuania, the member movement of YMCA Europe, hosted the Choir of University Warmińsko – Mazurski w Olsztynie. The choir, directed by Mr. Boguslaw Palinski gave several concerts in Vilnius and Trakai towns.
The event was the result of common decision on cooperation between the YMCA Regions, which was made at the Balkan Leadership Training V in Ohrid, Macedonia 2009.
We are very proud to announce that Nadine Jording , member of the Executive Committe of the World Alliance of YMCAs received last August 26, with 13 other young candidates in the age from 25 to 31, one of the highest award of Germany called “Bundesverdienstkreuz” directly from the German’s President, Mr. Wulff.
