YMCA Europe is pleased to announce that the General Assembly 2026 will take place in Malta from 14 to 17 May 2026.
The General Assembly will be hosted at AX Odycy Hotel, located in Qawra, Malta, and will bring together YMCA leaders and representatives from across Europe for four days of governance, exchange and connection.
Arrival and Registration
Delegate registration will open on Thursday, 14 May, from 14:00 CET at the venue. The programme will officially start later that afternoon.
Registration Package and Fees
The registration fee includes full participation in the General Assembly programme, accommodation and meals as outlined below.
What is included
- 3 nights accommodation (Thursday to Sunday) at AX Odycy Hotel
- Breakfasts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Lunches on Friday and Saturday
- Dinners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with drinks included
- Coffee breaks during the General Assembly
- Access to all General Assembly sessions and activities
- Cultural event organised by YMCA Malta
What is not included
- Travel to and from Malta
- Airport–hotel transfers (a direct public bus connection from Malta International Airport to the hotel is available; further details will be shared)
- Visa-related costs, where applicable

Programme Duration
The programme starts on Thursday, 14 May at 15:00 and concludes in the late evening of Sunday, 17 May 2026.
Eligibility and Registration
Registrations are accepted only if submitted through or formally endorsed by YMCA National Movements.
