YMCA Scotland is seeking to recruit a highly talented and successful chief executive to inspire our staff, volunteers and local YMCAs at an exciting time of growth and change for our charitable organisation
As we embark on our new strategic plan to empower young people, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with an outstanding record of delivery and achievement in representing an organisation nationally and internationally to assume a pivotal leadership role in YMCA Scotland.
Based firmly on Christian values, open to people of all faiths and those of none, YMCA Scotland is part of one of the biggest youth organisations in the world and operates through 32 local YMCAs in Scotland to invest in young people to realise their fullest potential. Governed by a Board of Trustees, the chief executive will be skilled in collaborating with trustees and sharing leadership of an organisation to maximise the opportunities available to YMCA Scotland and build on a solid platform of success.
