Leaders of YMCAs from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine (volunteers and staff) will meet to discuss the issues of governance and management, including such topics as managing staff and volunteers, strategic planning, impact planning and assessment, membership policy, everyday management, etc. The working language is Russian with translation to English when needed.
