The participants discussed about the draft of WAY´s Strategic Plan for the period 2014-2018, "OUR WAY" and focused on the global initiatives that are presently in the agenda :
- "Change Agents",
- "One Million Voices Research",
- "Property Development Initiative"
- "2014 World Challenge".
An update about the World Council that will take place in Estes Park, Colorado, USA in June was also included in the meeting.
A Global Staff Team meeting took place before the gathering of National General Secretaries also led by Johan Vilhelm Eltvik, Secretary General of the World Alliance of YMCAs.
We are thankful to the World Alliance and to YMCA Germany for the opportunity provided to our global movement and for creating an inspiring atmosphere during the meetings in Kassel.
