All the event activities and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks) will be organised in the same building.
Transportation
The seminar is held in the same hotel as the YMCA Europe General Assembly. The information about the transportation is provided in the GA materials.
Registration fee
EUR 85,- per person. This includes food and accommodation, materials, common programme cost of the seminar and General Assembly.
Registration is open only for people nominated by their national YMCA movement (partners of the project) for one of their allocated places in the seminar.
Travel cost reimbursement
- The cost will be reimbursed during the event in cash (EUR) after fulfilling the forms and providing original proofs (tickets, receipts, boarding passes).
- Return tickets must be purchased before the start of the journey
- Electronic plane (bus, train) tickets will be accepted together with the proof of payment or invoice from the travel agency (may be e-version) and on presentation of the boarding pass for the outward journey.
- In case of paper tickets original proofs are required. The participants will be asked to post them after returning home, unless they provide other original proof e.g. receipt.
Travel cost will be reimbursed according to the regulations of Erasmus+.
On the other hand, we would like to inform you that participants need to attend the whole event (11-17 May) for getting the reimbursement.

- Up to EUR 360 – Armenia, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Spain
- Up to EUR 275 – Czech Republic, Belarus, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, Ukraine.
Age
Participants must be aged 18-30 and nominated by their national YMCA movement for one of their allocated places in the seminar.
VISA Cost
The participant from Belarus, Kosovo, Russia and Ukraine are eligible to reimbursement the cost of obtaining Estonian visa up to EUR 70 per person
Proofs must be submitted to the organizer.
Insurance
All participants are obliged to take their travel insurance policies
Additional nights
The participants need to cover the cost of nights before and after the event.
