This outstanding decoration recognizes Peter’s commitment and deep involvement within the YMCA in the local, national and international levels for more than 25 years. Peter Posner is YMCA Europe’s immediate past President. He combined his service as a volunteer in Europe with his participation at the World Alliance of YMCA’s Executive Committee being also active at YMCA England and YMCA Derbyshire.
