All of us pray for the victims of the riots in the streets of Kiev. And we pray for a peaceful and prompt solution of this situation that is deeply affecting our dear Ukrainian people.
Our wish is that the unity, prosperity and the democratic developments are visible for all in that great nation.
Through its National General Secretary Viktor Serbulov and the National Office, YMCA Ukraine is regularly updating YMCA Europe about the situation and in the case of need of any kind of aid or support, we will immediately appeal to the whole YMCA family.
Due to this dramatic situation, YMCA Europe, in close communication with YMCA Ukraine and our European Ten Sing Group, decided to postpone the European Ten Sing Conference planned for the end of February in Kiev. New dates and place of the European Ten Sing Conference will be announced as soon as possible.
