The aim of the activity was to support young people in identifying issues that are relevant in their local work and recognizing which issues they have in common throughout the range of participating countries, and which are country-specific. Through different facilitation methods, the participants established an action plan together that leads to creating a Youth Democracy project that responds to their actual needs and issues and that can be actually applied in the upcoming deadline within the Youth in Action programme.
A new YES board was elected by the YES group including a person from England (chairperson), Germany, Iceland, Scotland and Russia. They will work on the development of a new strategy from 2012/2013 on for the YES group including its members who are organized in different working groups to make the work more efficient.
