Greetings from the inaugural cohort of graduates from YMCA Europe’s Executive Professional Master Program in the Management of Civil Society Organizations!
Twenty-six dedicated students representing diverse national and local YMCAs have successfully completed this rigorous master’s program, a collaboration with ISCTE Executive Education in Lisbon, Portugal. Over the past year, they engaged in a blend of in-person and online sessions, delving into pertinent subjects and equipping themselves with essential tools for effective association management.
The recent graduation ceremony of the YMCA Executive Professional Master, on September 29th, marked a significant milestone, not only for our graduates but also for the professors and tutors who played pivotal roles in this groundbreaking high-level educational initiative.
As we continue to implement our strategy for strengthening the YMCA movement across Europe, we are committed to providing valuable learning and networking opportunities for volunteers and staff.
We extend heartfelt congratulations to our accomplished graduates and express our deep gratitude to our esteemed partner, ISCTE, and, most importantly, to all the YMCAs that nominated students for our Executive Professional Master Program!
