The group is completed – 30 participants from 22 countries are packing their bags and purchasing their tickets to Prague so to come to the first session of the course. It will take place in Lytomisl, already in March!
The Planning Team, including experts from Sweden, Scotland, Russia, Poland and YMCA Europe, are excited about finding the best material and methods so to involve YMCA leaders to the process of education through practice, discussions, reflecting and having fun.
The training course is aimed at training Board members (or potential and promising young leaders) who will be able to work in local, National and International contexts as well and will consist of 3 sessions and fulfillment of homework between the sessions. Each session will last for 4 full days.
