YMCA Setúbal is excited to announce an open call for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as camp counselors for our 2024 Summer Camp and Wilderness Camp programs at the beautiful YMCA Camp Alambre in Setúbal, Portugal.
Role Description:
As a camp counselor, you will play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our young campers. Your responsibilities will include facilitating activities, mentoring youth, ensuring safety, and contributing to an environment of learning, fun, and growth.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with youth and contributing to their development
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic outdoor environment
- Prior experience in camp counseling or related fields is a plus
