This year the meeting was in Helsinki January 23-25.
The topic this year was Safety and Security in Our Work and Actions. Apart from intensive dicsussions, the group was visited by Tuomas Kurttila, the Ombudsman for Children in Finland and Pia Puu Oksanen, the Director of the Woman’s Line in Finland.
This forum gives the leaders of YMCAs and YWCAs in the Nordic Contries to share experiences and daily challenges with each other. That way it is possible to learn from each other and to strengthen relationship and partnerships between the YMCAs and YWCAs in the countries.
