The European YMCA Scouting and Jungschar Group (ESG) Leadership Training and Seminar provides a unique opportunity for YMCA scouts across Europe to exchange ideas, gain new insights, and build lasting connections.
Between the 20th and 24th of August 2025, the participants will have over four days of interactive training and discussions, participants will engage in dynamic activities designed to develop leadership skills, share best practices, and strengthen the scouting movement within YMCA. The event will take place in Entfelden, Switzerland.
This training and seminar aims to foster leadership, collaboration, and skill development within the YMCA scouting network, ensuring a valuable and impactful experience for all attendees.
This is not just a theoretical seminar—it is a hands-on, engaging experience where participants can actively contribute, learn, and grow. With a small group setting, attendees will have the chance to connect with one another, forming meaningful relationships that extend beyond the event. Whether new to international scouting or already experienced, LTS offers something for everyone.
Participation Fee & Travel Support
- West Europe: 200 CHF
- East Europe: 150 CHF
Efforts are being made to secure additional funding to reduce the participation fee by 50 CHF and to offer travel reimbursements. Reimbursement will be subject to conditions, including the submission of a VAT invoice and the use of low-carbon footprint travel options.
