General Assembly programme starts July 1st afternoon and finishes July 3rd mid morning.
Place: Aarhus, Denmark
The distance between the conference center and accommodation is 750m, about 10 min walk.

Important: if you prefer a different accommodation (or plan to book another hotel for World Council), you will only pay the registration fee of the GA (includes 3 meals – Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, meeting room and programme costs).
Arrivals: July 1st (programme starts in the afternoon)
Departures: July 3rd (programme finishes mid morning)
Airport: Aarhus (serves more like a domestic airport)
Nearest airport with regular international flights: Billund (90km from Aarhus)
Copenhagen (300km from Aarhus), a 40-minute flight, a 3-hour drive or a 4-hour train journey away.
