The training was focused on topics such as management, risk management, quality control, strategy planning, finance and communication. The YMCAs in Slovakia and Czech Republic created this pilot course together, focused on YMCA specifics: each YMCA entity and each secretary is unique, facing different challenges in different environments.
The goal is not only to pass the course, but also to test what needs to be changed or improved for the future.
The course is part of the Erasmus+ Exploration Supervision in Youth Work project, which aims to develop YMCA education in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
