Martina Ritter – YMCA Serbia, Rachel Dyne – YMCA England and Dorina Lluka – YMCA Kosovo represented World YMCA at the United Nations ECOSCO Youth Forum, discussing about the 2030 agenda and make the Sustainable Development Goals actions and not just writings.

YMCA and other NGOS will play an important role in this as, there may not be a specific youth goal but without youth being a part of the goals, then they will not be achieved.

An inspiring speech by Dorina Lluka was heard in UN Forum plennary, about the youth in the region. “How do we want the picture of young to look like in 15 years?” she asks as we all look at this symbolic, powerful picture in backdrop.

During the next morning, a great side event was facilitated by Rachel Dyne: the World YMCA One Million Voices Research session.
