We are pleased to forward this invitation to join our 2020 General Assembly.

Every month brings a wide variety of events to all YMCAs: seminars, camps, TenSing programs, trainings and, of course, lots of good memories and fun. We invite you to an overview of January to learn more about upcoming events and other YMCA activities across Europe.

The spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) across Europe is a reality and therefore the concern continues growing among our communities.

From 3 to 7 February 2020, a global planning committee gathered in San Francisco to plan the first youth summit in a series of events called the Youth-Led Solutions Summit Series.

Our friends at The European Scout Region WOSM, and the WAGGGS Europe Region, together with the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, are bringing together more than 22,000 people from over 80 countries and territories for two weeks of adventure and learning.

In its pursuit to sustain and enhance peace-building initiatives across the continent, YMCA Europe is pleased to announce its first call for the Roots Peace Award. YMCA Europe member and cooperating organisations are invited to submit applications to receive the Award of € 10,000.
This initiative is part of YMCA Europe Roots for Peace project, with Brot fur die Welt Germany as its key funding partner.

Candidates will provide fun and educational programming activities for 5 weeks.

The Youth Policy Group (YPG) is a unique body within YMCA Europe composed of young people chosen coming from our member movements, who shape and build the advocacy of YMCA Europe and represent us externally.

A great opportunity to be a volunteer in Italy for 8 months starting from April 2020!
